MYTH: "RE/MAX TOGETHER is scary. They charge their agents BIG FEES, and PUSH their agents HARD!
TRUTH: Did you sell $2.7 million in volume or more last year? If so, we have a simple commission structure for YOU!
  • 70/30 Commission split 
  • 6% Brokerage fee on transactions closed
And a simple $21,500 CAP on the 30% you pay in. YUP! Sell around 2.2-2.5 million, and then collect 100% or your commission (after the 6% brokerage fee) for the rest of that 12 month period (starts when you join) and resets every 12 months.

TRUTH: While we have TONS of traffic at our beautiful 4000+ square foot facility, and "lead slots" are in high demand... we do not require our agents to answer phones or serve floor time, or even shovel the sidewalk. We have a full time staff that answers the phone, routes all calls on your listings to you, and makes sure your face is up on the BIGGEST TV in Big Rapids when you ARE on "lead slot"
MYTH: "They make it hard to leave"

TRUTH: We believe that if agents are not happy, empowered and on the road to success, that's probably on US... and our policies show it. If you decide we are not for you, we let you take the listings and clients that you work so hard for, leave with you!
