OUR BEGINNINGS WERE HUMBLE
At the ages of 26 and 28, we opened the Big Rapids RE/MAX TOGETHER franchise in November 2015, and since then we have been grinding every day, every week, and every weekend to become the #1 real estate office by sales volume in West Central Michigan. In the early days of the founding of the company, I was strongly convinced that a 'serve first' business attitude would be a refreshing and much-needed approach to working with sellers and buyers. Since opening our doors, we have been recognized as “Recruiter of the Year” and “Brokers/Owners of the Year” statewide, among numerous other awards. Throughout all the accolades and professional success, we established an office culture based on core values of togetherness, gratitude, and serving others.
